About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the official BE(YOU)FULL CIC website and its publicly available content.

By accessing or using beyoufull.org, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.

Chapter one

The identity of the website operator and the basis on which this website may be accessed.

1 About BE(YOU)FULL CIC

This website is operated by BE(YOU)FULL CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales.

  • Company name: BE(YOU)FULL CIC
  • Company number: 16792853
  • Registered office: 128 Cannon Street Road, London, England, E1 2LH
  • Website: beyoufull.org

References to “BE(YOU)FULL”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean BE(YOU)FULL CIC unless the context requires otherwise.

2 Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to comply with applicable law.

If you access the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation in relation to your website use.

3 Scope and separate agreements

These Terms govern general website access and use. They do not, by themselves, establish the complete terms of a mentoring, educational, research, partnership, consultancy or commissioned programme relationship.

Separate written terms may apply to:

  • mentoring or coaching engagements;
  • school, trust or local-authority programmes;
  • workshops, events and training;
  • research and evaluation participation;
  • commissioned or partnership services;
  • paid products, resources or publications; and
  • volunteer, facilitator or contractor relationships.

Separate service terms: fees, payment, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, confidentiality and programme-specific obligations will be addressed in the relevant agreement rather than through these general website Terms.

Chapter two

Information, programmes and young people

Important boundaries relating to educational information and BE(YOU)FULL CIC activities.

4 Educational and institutional information

Website articles, frameworks, diagrams, resources, publications and general guidance are provided for educational, institutional and informational purposes.

Website content does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for decisions made using general website information and should seek appropriately qualified advice where your circumstances require it.

No guaranteed outcome: education, mentoring, leadership and human development outcomes depend on participation, context and factors outside BE(YOU)FULL CIC’s control. No particular result is guaranteed.

5 Programmes and services

Information published about a programme, event, partnership or service does not guarantee availability, acceptance, funding, eligibility or a particular outcome.

BE(YOU)FULL CIC may amend, reschedule, postpone or withdraw an activity where reasonably necessary because of operational, safeguarding, funding, staffing, venue, technical or external circumstances.

Where an activity is governed by a separate agreement, that agreement will set out the applicable obligations, deliverables and remedies.

6 Children and young people

Some BE(YOU)FULL CIC work relates to children and young people. Participation in a structured activity may require appropriate involvement or authorisation from a parent, guardian, school, commissioning organisation or responsible professional.

Separate consent, safeguarding, participation and privacy arrangements may apply.

Website and email channels are not emergency or crisis services. Immediate danger or urgent safeguarding concerns should be reported to the emergency services or the appropriate safeguarding authority.

Chapter three

How BE(YOU)FULL frameworks, publications, visual systems and original materials may be used.

  • train, fine-tune, test or benchmark an artificial intelligence or machine-learning system;
  • build a commercial dataset, repository or retrieval system;

  • infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

11 Communications and submissions

Information submitted through forms, email, applications, surveys or other communication channels must be accurate, lawful and relevant to the stated purpose.

You retain ownership of original materials you submit. However, you grant BE(YOU)FULL CIC the limited permission required to receive, store, assess and process those materials for the purpose for which they were submitted and for related legal, safeguarding or administrative needs.

Do not submit sensitive personal information through a general form or ordinary email unless it has been requested through an appropriate process.

12 External links and third-party services

The website may link to third-party websites, platforms, publications or services. Links are provided for information and convenience.

Unless expressly stated, a link does not imply endorsement, partnership or control.

BE(YOU)FULL CIC is not responsible for the availability, security, content, accessibility or privacy practices of external websites. Their own terms and policies apply.

13 Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled in accordance with the BE(YOU)FULL CIC Privacy Notice .

Where cookies or comparable technologies are used, visitors should receive appropriate information and controls through the relevant website consent mechanism and cookie information.

Chapter five

Availability, security and liability

The limits of website availability and legal responsibility.

14 Website availability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous or error-free access.

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting services, technical failures, security incidents, internet infrastructure or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update, suspend, restrict or withdraw website content where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security or organisational reasons.

15 Accuracy and reliance

We take reasonable care when preparing website information. However, content may not always be complete, current or suitable for every person, organisation or circumstance.

You should verify material information before relying upon it for professional, contractual, safeguarding, financial or legal decisions.

16 Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above and to the fullest extent permitted by law, BE(YOU)FULL CIC is not responsible for loss or damage arising solely from:

  • reliance on general website information;
  • temporary inability to access the website;
  • third-party websites or services;
  • unauthorised or prohibited use of website content; or
  • circumstances outside BE(YOU)FULL CIC’s reasonable control.

Where the website is used for business purposes, BE(YOU)FULL CIC will not be liable for indirect or consequential business loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated savings, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

17 Statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Paid services: where you purchase or commission a programme, product, publication, event or service, separate contractual and consumer provisions may apply.

Chapter six

Enforcement, changes, law and contact

How these Terms may be enforced, revised and interpreted.

18 Restriction or suspension

We may restrict, suspend or block website access where we reasonably believe that a user has:

  • breached these Terms;
  • created a security or operational risk;
  • infringed another person’s rights;
  • disrupted website services; or
  • engaged in unlawful or harmful activity.

Where appropriate, suspected unlawful conduct may be reported to the relevant authority or service provider.

19 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, BE(YOU)FULL CIC’s activities, legal requirements, services or operational arrangements.

The current version and revision date will be published on this page.

Continued use of the website after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

20 Severability and waiver

If a provision is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed where modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay or failure to exercise a right under these Terms does not waive that right.

21 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you act as a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts where they live.
