BE(YOU)FULL CIC

Climate Action & Sustainable Decision-Making

We help young people build identity, confidence, and agency so they can act with responsibility and support a green and safe planet.

BE(YOU)FULL develops behaviour, leadership, and long-term thinking through mentoring, creative learning, and education partnerships.

Why this matters

Climate awareness alone does not create change. A green and safe planet depends on how people think, decide, and act in daily life, in schools, in communities, and in leadership contexts.

BE(YOU)FULL works at that level. We develop the human capacity behind sustainable behaviour: responsibility, judgement, reflection, and action.

The BE(YOU)FULL model

Our work is built on three connected outcomes. Climate action and sustainability emerge at the point where identity, confidence, and agency translate into behaviour.

Identity

Understanding self, values, patterns, and personal responsibility.

Confidence

Developing voice, clarity, trust, and the ability to engage with complexity.

Agency

Making decisions, taking ownership, and acting with long-term awareness.

We build climate action and sustainable decision-making through education practice, not abstract messaging. This can sit as a focused strand or as part of a wider mentoring and leadership pathway.

Mentoring that builds responsible decision-making

Structured mentoring for young people and adults that develops listening, reflection, boundaries, responsibility, and action.

  • One-to-one and small-group mentoring structures
  • Goal-setting linked to values and behaviour
  • Reflection frameworks that strengthen judgement

Student leadership and peer responsibility

Pathways for students to take more responsibility within their setting and contribute to positive school and community culture.

  • Peer mentor and ambassador pathways
  • Leadership through empathy, listening, and trust
  • Student participation linked to real issues and outcomes

Creative learning linked to climate and community

Design-led and reflective activities that help young people connect identity, environment, community, and future responsibility.

  • Projects that connect learning to local environmental and social issues
  • Group work that develops collaboration and agency
  • Practical routes from discussion to action

Institutional partnership and long-term support

We work with schools, universities, and organisations to design joined-up approaches that connect mentoring, leadership, belonging, wellbeing, and sustainability.

  • Planning with leaders and key staff
  • Delivery across staff and student-facing strands
  • Support with reflection, review, and next steps

What impact looks like

We measure progress through behaviour, participation, and responsibility in real contexts.

Increased agency

Young people take more ownership of decisions, relationships, and contribution.

Stronger decision-making

Participants build confidence in making thoughtful, sustainable choices.

Visible responsible behaviour

Climate and sustainability become visible through action, not only awareness.

School and community value

The work strengthens culture, belonging, participation, and long-term thinking.

How we design this work with you

Every partnership starts with context. We listen first, then shape a mentoring and sustainability pathway that fits your setting and priorities.

1. Listen & map

We map your priorities, current provision, and areas of pressure across mentoring, behaviour, inclusion, and leadership.

2. Design & align

We shape a realistic pathway that aligns mentoring, leadership, student development, and sustainability.

3. Deliver & reflect

We deliver with you, review what is working, and support the long-term culture you want to build.

Build agency. Support a green and safe planet.

If your organisation wants to move from awareness to meaningful behavioural change, BE(YOU)FULL provides a structured and credible route.
