Mission
Empower young people and educators to build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence through structured mentoring.
Mission, Vision & Purpose
BE(YOU)FULL is a London-based Community Interest Company developing agency through mentoring, creativity, and structured learning across education and community systems.
Origins and development
From an initial belief in the transformative role of education to a formal community-interest structure supporting mentoring, creativity and human development.
Founded in London by Carlos Simpson, BE(YOU)FULL began as a response to a growing disconnect from identity, empathy, and human connection. It started with one belief: meaningful change begins with education.
What began as a mentoring initiative has evolved into a Community Interest Company (CIC) supporting young people and educators through creativity, mentoring, and emotional intelligence.
Today, BE(YOU)FULL operates at the intersection of education and transformation, building environments where individuals develop clarity, confidence, and agency.

Answers to common questions about who BE(YOU)FULL CIC is for, what we do, and how we work in London and through appropriate wider collaborations.
BE(YOU)FULL CIC is a London-based community interest company focused on mentoring, creative learning, and youth development. We support young people, educators, and communities to build confidence, agency, and emotional intelligence through structured programmes and reflective practice.
We work with young people, typically from secondary age onwards, as well as teachers, school leaders, parents, youth workers, and community partners. Our programmes are designed for schools, colleges, youth organisations, and local communities that want to invest in long-term growth and wellbeing.
BE(YOU)FULL CIC is a Community Interest Company (CIC). That means we are a limited company with an asset lock and a clear social purpose. Any surplus is reinvested into our mission rather than distributed as profit to private shareholders.
We combine mentoring, coaching micro-skills, creative learning, and design thinking. Our work is rooted in identity, emotional intelligence, and real-world practice. We do not offer quick fixes or slogans; we design structured experiences that help people understand who they are and how they can contribute.
Our core focus is London and Greater London, working with schools, youth organisations, and community partners. We also offer online sessions and collaborations, which makes it possible to work with organisations beyond London when the fit is right.
Schools, youth organisations, and partners can contact us through the website at beyoufull.org . We usually begin with a conversation to understand your context, priorities, and cohort, then co-design mentoring, training, or programmes that align with your goals.
