BE(YOU)FULL Mentor Training Programme
Professional development for educators, youth workers and community mentors who want to support young people with identity, confidence, purpose and growth.
Delivered by BE(YOU)FULL CIC • London-based, UK-wide delivery • In-person and online cohorts
Why mentor training matters now
Many young people in London and across the UK are growing up inside systems built to manage behaviour, not unlock potential. They move through education without a clear language for identity, without structured support for wellbeing, and without realistic pathways into leadership and contribution.
At the same time, educators and youth professionals are under pressure. They are expected to support complex needs, hold safe boundaries and guide young people through uncertainty – but are rarely given dedicated training in mentoring practice.
The BE(YOU)FULL Mentor Training Programme responds to that gap. It gives adults a clear, evidence-informed framework to support young people’s identity, agency, purpose and long-term growth – in ways that are ethical, scalable and rooted in real human connection.
Who the BE(YOU)FULL Mentor Training Programme is for
This programme is designed for adults who work directly with young people and want to deepen their mentoring practice.
Schools & Multi-Academy Trusts
Senior leaders, pastoral teams, tutors and teaching assistants who want a consistent mentoring culture and clear development pathways for students.
Youth & Community Organisations
Youth clubs, community projects and social impact organisations that support young people’s wellbeing, identity and leadership.
NHS & Public Sector Teams
Health, social care and local authority teams who want mentoring skills to support young people at points of transition and vulnerability.
Partners & Funders
Organisations and funders who want to back programmes that combine mentoring, creativity, sustainability and real community impact.
