Our mentors are role models with the mission to help our mentees set goals, providing constructive feedback, and offer encouragement and support as the mentees work to achieve their goals. The relationship between our mentors and a mentee can be supportive, challenging, and empowering, and can help the mentee grow both personally and professionally.
